Scent: a fresh, very subtle and pure scent that reflects the natural flavorings used, namely fennel. The dominant aniseed taste of the fennel is rounded out by the characteristic herbal flavor of the plant, and balanced by a touch of very fresh, spicy coriander that does not overwhelm the aniseed. The fragrance of the smooth blend is entirely natural.
Taste: The tiny bubbles of our lightly sweetened drink, to which we have added a touch of citrus, accentuate its freshness and aroma.
The beverage resembles classic aniseed-flavored drinks, but uses natural flavorings.
