YMA

YMA begins with water—carbonated water filled with tiny bubbles that contain novel fruit, spice and flower flavors. The water comes from a specific spring, which we will describe below.
The spring that supplies the raw material for YMA dates back to the Roman Empire and High Middle Ages, and is located in Prahecq commune (about 200 kilometers from Bordeaux) in a place called "Belle Croix." In those days, the site was a therapeutic hot spring, a place where bathers could rest and relax.

YMA Apple Cinnamon YMA Apple Cinnamon
Our apple-cinnamon flavor strives for the same olfactory qualities as the fennel-coriander blend: naturalness, subtlety, freshness, and typical, balanced scents. The strong smell of ripe apples (Golden, Stacking Delicious) is balanced by just the right amount of cinnamon.

YMA Apple Pear Plum YMA Apple Pear Plum
This flavor combines the fresh smells of the three varieties of fruit we harvest from our gardens in the fall: apples, pears and plums. Its pleasant and harmonious scent is blended smoothly, making it impossible to distinguish one from the others.

YMA Fennel Coriander YMA Fennel Coriander
A fresh, very subtle and pure scent that reflects the natural flavorings used, namely fennel. The dominant aniseed taste of the fennel is rounded out by the characteristic herbal flavor of the plant, and balanced by a touch of very fresh, spicy coriander that does not overwhelm the aniseed. The fragrance of the smooth blend is entirely natural.

YMA Rose Lychee YMA Rose Lychee
The striking resemblance between the fragrance of the flower and the exotic fruit is what inspired us to combine the scent of roses and lychees.

YMA Strawberry Mint YMA Strawberry Mint
The strawberry flavor dominates naturally, which heightens the sensation of freshness and creates a pleasant and original taste.

The studies of our geologists have done much to improve our understanding of how YMA water came to be. The water we drink today was first formed over 2,000 years ago, then made its way through its own natural filter, slowing purifying itself and acquiring its characteristic mineral qualities.

Drawn from a depth of 110 meters, YMA water is protected from surface water tables by a thick layer of clay and a drilling break. Its resulting low level of mineralization and balanced composition delight consumers who have tasted it.
